Characteristics of Tabletop Pancake Cooker
The secret lies in the cooking surface and the flat-surfaced, high-power heater POINT01
The cooker uses a highly pure copper cooking surface, which is great for heat transfer and heat retention, and a flat-surfaced, high-power heating element that can convey heat quickly and evenly to the cooking surface. No matter where you deposit the batter, at the edge or in the center, it will be cooked beautifully, evenly, and fast.
The thickness of the copper cooking surface is 12 mm. We use the same copper in our machinery for mass production adopted in many famous dorayaki shops and specialty shops.
Great temperature control POINT02
The temperature can be adjusted in increments of 1℃. The cooker can be set to have a specific temperature at all times, allowing the resumption of baking after a temporary halt as well as continuous production.
