Steamed Soft Donut
A donut with a soft texture. As it is steamed, the color comes out brightly. It uses less oil compared to fried or baked donuts. There are two flavors: chocolate and matcha.
Production Processes:
① Applying oil in the mold tops (Oil Spray Machine)
② Depositing the dough (System Depoly, System One)
③ Steaming (9 min) (Fine Up Tunnel Steamer)
④ Removing the donuts from the mold tray
⑤ Cooling
⑥ Applying the chocolate coating
⑦ Cooling
