Sesame Potato Cake
Sweet potato batter is deposited in a pie crust with white sesame and baked to perfection.
Production Processes:
① Depositing the pie dough (System Depoly (three roller depositor))
② Foaming (System Depoly (piston type depositor with inwards rotating rollers))
③ Depositing the chocolate batter (System Depoly (outwards rotating rotor type depositor))
④ Baking (25 min) (Tunnel Oven)
⑤ Removing the cake from the mold tray
⑥ Cooling
