Petite Soft Steamed Cake
A bite-sized steamed cake made with batter that has tapioca starch and abundant dried fruits. They are filling due to the springy consistency and fruity flavor even for a bite-sized sweet.
Production Processes:
① Depositing the batter (System Depoly (piston type depositor))
② Steaming (10 min) (Fine Up Tunnel Steamer)
③ Removing the cake from the mold tray
④ Cooling
