Fluffy Rare Cheese
The cheese flavor and meringue texture are softly combined with gelatin to create a light dessert that melts in your mouth. A fruit sauce is perfectly sandwiched inside. It is inspired by the traditional French home style pastry, “crémet d'Anjou.”
* Crémet d'Anjou is a dessert made with a combination of cheese, meringue, fresh cream, etc. and moisture is removed with gauze.
