CHOU

"Chou" means the cabbage in French, because the swelling shape is like to the cabbage. "Eclair" is depositing the chou dough as oblong shape and iced with fondant icing or chocolate. The bite-size chou and eclair are called petit four. These are essential item to chilled show case.
